We should always find ways to celebrate the little things in life. What better day to celebrate these little things other than the best day of the week? So, here are the things that make this a Fabulous Friday for me this week ending 3 January 2020.
- BLOGGING AGAIN – I did not how much I missed it until I could breathe and realized something was missing from my life. I will never obtain hundreds of followers, nor will I ever be a true influencer in the book world. But this is one of the few places I can express my opinions and not worry about repercussions because it is MY space. I lost my voice in 2019. I don’t like that feeling and am so glad to be back.
- SHORT WORK WEEK – Ya’ll. Going back to work after almost two weeks off is ROUGH. That alarm going off yesterday morning sucked. I am so glad I only have two days of this before the weekend. It is just enough to remind my body what it is like but not enough to have me dragging every day.
What makes this a Fabulous Friday for you?
I feel the same way about my blog. It’s a space for me to write, record my thoughts about my books, and (hopefully more in 2020) have the chance to interact with other people who love books & who I’ve come to think of as friends. Welcome back, friend!
We’ve missed you too. 🙂 I know you needed to be gone of course and I don’t mean anything by that, only that I’m happy to see you posting again!
Thank you! It makes me sad that I haven’t been able to post since this last one, but I am doing everything I can in other areas so that I can get back to regular posting. I miss it!
It’s been a good day. I took down Christmas but my son returns to college tomorrow so I’m a little blue.
I am dreading returning to work on Tuesday but glad that I have a few more days to let the idea sink in.
It is so much easier when your kid moves out for good. Then, you get excited about visits but understand that they are only visits. At least, that is where we are with Connor and what I tell myself to ease the blues a bit! LOL!
A Fabulous Friday for me in that a.) one of my favorite book bloggers has returned and b.) my wife and I were able to go visit my parents today for a late Christmas celebration.
Aw, thank you!
I’m so happy to see you back!!!
Welcome back! We’re rejoining the blogging world together!
Well, I haven’t rejoined as much as I thought I would, but the intention is still there!
