We should always find ways to celebrate the little things in life. What better day to celebrate these little things than the best day of the week? So, here are the things that make this a Fabulous Friday for me this week.

- READY FOR A BREATHER – I don’t know what is happening at work lately, but I am not a fan. Working through lunch. No actual analysis or anything fun. I spent the entire week copying data from one spreadsheet to another. I had to copy one line item at a time because of the formatting. It sucked. I am so glad that particular project is finished so that I can get back to stuff that actually requires thinking.

And my Assoc. Vice President quit which means I am getting re-org’d yet again.
At least he is giving me a raise before he leaves but I am trying to influence (make a play) for where I want to be because reporting to that VP I talk of so fondly, is not an option if I want to have any kind of sanity left in my life.
The boy comes home on Thursday. I can tell he is getting pretty sad about leaving. I hope he does okay when he returns because he’s got jury duty and well, that’s not Disney.
Nothing is Disney, so I think anything he does next is going to be disappointing after that.
