Fabulous Friday - 13 October 2017 - That's What She Read

We should always find ways to celebrate the little things in life. What better day to celebrate these little things than the best day of the week? So, here are the things that make this a Fabulous Friday for me this week.

MY BOY – After Holly’s dance classes tonight, we are heading to Ames to go watch Connor perform with the Iowa State marching band during tomorrow’s football game against Kansas. A football game and seeing my son for the first time since August – it doesn’t get much better than that.

Oh! You will have a blast at the game and it will be so nice to spend time with Connor, I’m sure.

I am not tweeting today because I heard women were boycotting Twitter but I am on Chapter 20 now of Sleeping Beauties. I am really getting into it now.

I boycotted Friday. I also ended up inadvertently staying off Twitter on Sunday too and most of Saturday (except for autoposts from IG). It was wonderful.

I am on Chapter 8 of Part II. There are a few things that make my blood boil, but I find myself listening as often as possible.

Thank you! The weather looks miserable – low 60s and thunderstorms – but we have ponchos and layers and will forge on.
