Thoughts on books, family, and life in one impressive package.
It's Monday! What Are You Reading? Button
Hosted by Kathryn from Book Date, this is a weekly event to share what we’ve read in the past week and what we hope to read, plus whatever else comes to mind. To learn more about each book, just click on the book cover!

It’s amazing how quickly you finish a book when it is an outstanding story. I love when that happens with two books in a row.

They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng Wicked Bugs by Amy Stewart

Adam Silvera’s latest novel tore me apart and blew me away. I don’t think there is a more powerful message about living your life that exists. Simply amazing.

Celeste Ng’s new novel has been generating buzz for a while now and for good reason. It is an outstanding story about motherhood, identity, and growing up.

I listened to Amy Stewart’s ode to bugs because I knew there was no way I could read it. Even drawings of bugs would have made me want to fling it across the room or set it on fire. While I had no problems listening to it and even found most of the information really interesting, the audio format was not well executed. So a win and a loss here.

Forest Dark by Nicole Krauss

Notorious RBG by Irin Carmon andShana Knizhnik

All hail RBG!

Warcross by Marie Lu Before She Ignites by Jodi Meadows

So, what are you reading?
