We should always find ways to celebrate the little things in life. What better day to celebrate these little things than the best day of the week? So, here are the things that make this a Fabulous Friday for me this week.

- Switching Gears– After a month of watching multiple jazz, tap, lyrical, ballet, and contemporary dance routines, we switch dance styles this weekend for another Irish competition. This one is at the studio (YAY) and will be just one short day (DOUBLE YAY), so Holly gets to dance AND we get to enjoy our weekend!
- Spring Break– The kids have spring break next week. Even though Jim and I will still be working, I am looking forward to the week break from dance as well as before and after-school athletics and other programs. It means coming home in the evenings and not having to go anywhere or do anything. I am probably a little too excited about this idea.

Heh. I’m the opposite of excited about spring break. In fact, I think Jason will just work from home and I’ll go try to spend my days at the local cafe. 😀

My daughter is going to add Grease to her theater resume so she will be doing Shrek and Grease, which she has done before. She was a beauty school drop out girl before so who knows what she’ll end up being this time around. Could be nothing!! Insert sarcasm here.
Good luck to the Teen! I don’t know how much more heartache she can take when it comes to auditions, and I know you are at your wits’ end too!
Ooooh, nothing. That sounds lovely…next weekend I have a four-day weekend and I’m looking forward to doing just that…and oh, yeah, reading too, but of course.

We leave for Columbus later today for Sunnie to dance tomorrow morning. It’s a quick trip – back by the evening. But it’s snowing…so yeah. I love driving in this crap. Stupid weather.
