FINISHED SINCE THE LAST UPDATE:
Kathleen Grissom has done it again with this stunning novel about race, identity, and family. I never really wanted the story to end, it is that good. The Suzanne Young continues the amazing story that is the The Program series, setting up the last two books in the series (already published) quite nicely, to the point where I want to go back and read them now that I know the entire backstory. As for the Neuvel novel, all I can say is that it is going to be a LONG wait for the next book in the series.

Oh, looks like you are doing well with the reading. I hope it continues!
I’m trying! Just plugging along, one page at a time.
Enjoy all your books and have a good week.
Thanks! You too!
Oo I’m excited that you liked the Neuvel book! I added it to my list based on the publisher description a while ago, but that’s always a shaky thing — good marketing copy does not mean a good book.
I loved every bit of it!! Oh, it is SO, SO good. I can’t wait for everyone to read it!
What’s a matter? Did Washington wipe you out? I’m still amazed you made it through. 😛
Not at all. I just haven’t found a way to to incorporate a new audiobook into my schedule. I did start on this week though. 🙂
I am curious to see your thoughts on The Sleeping Giants, and I just added Glory Over Everything to my library hold list. Have a good week!
I LOVED Sleeping Giants. SO much love. If I didn’t have so many other books to read, I would reread it immediately.
I haven’t heard of Glory Over Everything but sounds amazing, definitely will look out for your review. Possible book club read.
Do you remember the buzz about The Kitchen House from a few years ago? Same author, but this is her second book and just as awesome.
I am green with envy that you have the new Nora Roberts book! I hope it’s fantastic. I can’t wait to read it. Enjoy!
😀
I don’t know who at the publisher has my name but I absolutely love them for it. I started it last night, and I am already struggling putting it down. I think I will be riding the stationary bike tonight just so I can read for an hour…
I’ve been curious about Glory Over Everything since I loved The Kitchen House…glad to hear it’s good!
It is so good. It was the type of book that made me hate having to work because I just wanted to devour it and savor it without interruption.
