Rooms!! Yay! I can’t wait to try that one.
Kudos to you for finishing that many books last week, with that crazy schedule you had! I’m very impressed. I hope you like the next round of books. Have a great week!
I am so excited about this next round of books. They have been among my more anticipated novels all year. I hope they live up to my expectations!
Thank you! I didn’t do much in the evenings other than to crawl into bed with a book. It helped that most of them were relatively short and quick.
Looks like a lot of good reading on your stack. I finished Something Like Normal by Trish Doller last night, and today I might get through the end of Insurgent. I am a little behind the curve on my YA reading, but I’m enjoying catching up! =)
I always enjoy a good YA novel as a palate cleanser to some of the weightier books I read. Also, I love YA because I know that no matter how heavy the topic, it will be a much quicker read. I have yet to get to the rest of the Divergent trilogy outside of the first book. At this point in time, I will most likely have to read the first book again just to solidify my memory.
Enjoy catching up and have a great week!
What did you think of Jackaby?
I liked it a lot. I thought it was very entertaining. The comparisons to Sherlock are apt, but I think this is definitely a more tongue-in-cheek nod to the popular series. I would love to see more adventures of Jackaby actually, which I can’t say for many of the new series I’ve read recently.
