I’m reading Atwood’s Oryx and Crake right now b/c of my book club. Have you read that one? Not too far yet
I have not. For some reason, the idea of starting one of her series intimidates me. I’ve also not heard terribly great things about the third book in the series.

Ah. That’s where I started to lose interest. Well, not lose interest so much as notice the deficiencies in story-telling, the annoying characteristics of certain characters, and just a general overuse of certain phrases and metaphors. Good luck!

Half Bad was amazing. I’m not certain if it is going to live up to the hype though.
Mind of Winter started slowly, but I’m quickly finding myself intrigued and thinking about it constantly when I’m not reading it. I’m hoping for creepy and intense. Fingers crossed!
