The Crane Wife looks so interesting! Enjoy everything!
It is a wonderful book, IMO. I know others have been disappointed, but I felt it was beautifully written. Have a great week!
I’m so glad The Crane Wife is FINALLY going to be coming out. Definitely need your thoughts on that one. And Princesses Behaving Badly is locked and loaded for me for 2014.
I really enjoyed The Crane Wife, but I also loved the simplicity of the story and how beautifully written it is. It’s been so long since I started listening to Princesses Behaving Badly at work that I am going to have to start it all over again. From what I did hear and remember, you are in for a treat!
Such great covers, enjoy the stories.
Thanks, Marce! Such great covers – they are my nemesis. Too many books and not enough time to read them all!
I am looking forward to posts on all of the books you have finished lately. They sound good! I am listening to Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell on audio, reading a Vorksogian series book by Lois McMaster Bujold, and glanced at The Antagonist by Lynn Coady.
I’ve heard great things about Fangirl. Enjoy!
I’m reading Bellman & Black by Diane Setterfield (really good so far) and The Cure by Douglas E. Richards, which is very plot-driven and un-put-down-able.
I thought the first half of Bellman & Black was excellent. It lost me a bit in the second half, but I hope you enjoy it more than I did. The Cure sounds excellent.
