Thoughts on books, family, and life in one impressive package.

Good morning, my lovelies! Another quiet Sunday on the horizon and the first one without football to while away the afternoon. I see a lot of reading this afternoon, don’t you?
Snow, snow and more snow. It seems like the entire country has been inundated with the stuff this week. I was going to complain about the one to two inches of snow we’ve gotten every day this week, so that we have about a foot of the stuff on the ground these days. Nemo makes it all a bit of a moot point though. I mean, what is a foot of snow to four or five feet of snow? How are you faring? Do you have snow on the ground? Did you survive Nemo?
We’re hunkering down today as we prepare for Jim’s next two-week stint on the west coast, starting Tuesday. Now that the kids know just how long he’ll be gone, I think they are all faring better than the last time he left and his return date was unknown. The next two weeks are packed with high school preparation, parent-teacher conferences, music competitions, and the like, so they will be over before we know it.
I ranted about Facebook yesterday. Chime in and let me know what you think about this popular social media forum.
Reviewed this week:
I don’t know about you, but it’s time to get my read on. Have a great Sunday, everyone!
