What are you reading this week?

I love Dracula in all forms. I cannot wait to get started listening to it!
I just stumbled upon your blog when I was looking for some information on the audio version of "The Shoemaker's Wife"…so glad i found you!!
I just wanted to comment that I LOVED the audio of "Dracula"…I haven't read the book, but I think I may need to re-listen to the audio!! Hope you are enjoying it!!
Definitely. It is not a book that should be recommended lightly. It is brilliant but beyond disturbing.
Eeeeek! I'm glad my instincts were right and I stayed away.

Thanks, Marce! I definitely went hard-core horror this year. I'm enjoying it but ready for a break. LOL!
Definitely! What better time is there?
I have enjoyed them, as strange as that may be considering their subject matter. I think I will need more than light and fluffy when this is all over though. My psyche is forever scarred…
It is interesting. Great premise. I found some flaws with the characters but would consider reading the other two books in the series.
I did too! It will rank up there as one of my all-time favorite audiobooks. Steven Weber absolutely nailed his performance!
Absolutely. I think I need light and fluffy more than ever after American Psycho!
Alan Cumming and Tim Curry?!? I have been waiting to listen to this audiobook for over a year now. I saved it specifically for RIP. I re-read Dracula for the umpteenth time last year, so I'm thinking Dracula is going to be my yearly RIP read. LOL!
If you read American Psycho, you would remember. It isn't something that is easily forgotten. My mind is forever scarred…
I will definitely check out the site! Thanks!
Honey, the book more than creeped me out. I think it left me scarred for life, and I've read some absolutely disgusting things in my time. Just…wow.
You have a serious amazing line up, wow. Definitely in the RIP swing, well done. Enjoy Michelle

I've never read American Psycho! At least I don't think so…I've been kinda dippy in the memory department lately.
I requested The Little Stranger from my library and I'm waiting for it to arrive. I needed something creepy for the RIP event 🙂 I hope you enjoy Dracula, I have a great feeling about that audio since Alan Cumming is narrating. He has a great voice.
you might enjoy reading musingsfromthesofa.wordpress.com – you two seem to be birds of a feather…
American Psycho? You go girl. The movie creeped me out. 🙂
