I feel so bad that I wasn't able to get into it. Maybe I would have done better had I read it in print rather than tried to listen to it?
I LOVED it! One of the best books read this year, by far!
I didn't like it as much as others did. I hope you like it more than I did!
This entire summer has been hot. I wish I could say that means I've stayed inside reading more but that isn't true either. Oh well. Enjoy!

Murder on the Orient Express is a great novel, one of my favorite Christie novels. Enjoy!
I feel bad that I stopped listening to it. I wasn't able to concentrate on it as much as I should have. I'll try it again some day.
I ended up not getting very far into it before I stopped listening. I just couldn't get into it; I think I had too much going on when I was trying to listen to it. I'll try it again; I love Irving, so I will definitely try it again.

I hope you enjoy CIDER HOUSE as much as I did! It's certainly odd in parts, but those characters have stayed with me all these years after. I think I read it in 2001. 🙂
