The film was great, wasn't it? The Unfinished Work of Elizabeth D is very, very good. Haunting, but you definitely have to be in the right mood to read it.

The movie is great, while the book goes into more detail about the treatments, their relationship, and beyond. I am loving it!
I am definitely enjoying it. Simon Vance is excellent, and it is so nice to be able to get more to the story.
