I’ve been bad. No exercise, no tracking of food, and really not watching what I was eating has led to a three-plus pound weight gain. Yikes! Now, I can make all sorts of excuses. The weather has been extremely uncooperative. I was unknowingly sick for most of March. Work has been an emotional roller coaster. However, excuses get me nowhere. I still need to lose that weight again and buckle down if I am ever going to be successful.
So, if you are on Weight Watchers Online, leave a comment or shoot me an e-mail with your user id so that we can become friends on the site. I need all the friends I can get. I don’t want to yo-yo diet anymore. No more excuses.

Eh it makes sense that you'd go up with being sick and all that. I hope that you lose it again quickly though 🙂
