Thoughts on the event: I’m still hanging strong here in sunny Cincinnati, Ohio. It is approaching 6 PM, and Jim is reading his magazines in our room. Connor finished the first Harry Potter book in just under 7 hours of reading – not bad for a nine-year-old. Holly is…well, Holly is busy being Holly, singing, dancing, and cuddling. I’ve been following Twitter on my phone and am loving all the comments and cheers I’ve been getting. Thank you so much for stopping by and cheering me on!
In an effort to stretch out, I am going to take a quick break to fold the laundry I started earlier today. I want to spend more time visiting some fellow read-a-thoners and cheer them on. I imagine most of us are getting a little tired and may need extra support. I’ll be back to reading shortly!

I like that you have made it a family affair! Keep up the great work!
Sounds like you're still going strong. Keep it up! 🙂
