I used to do this post and got away from it for whatever reason. This makes me sad because we should always find ways to celebrate the little things in life. Also, what better day on which to do this than Fridays? So, here are the things that make this a Fabulous Friday for me this week.
- Long weekends – I purposely took off today for a much-needed mental health day and as a way to extend the long weekend before dance starts up again next week. There is nothing better than more than two days of no work on the immediate horizon.
- Planner decorating – I have always used a planner and used to have no problems. Now? I must decorate each page. Granted, I want to use my planner even more now because of how pretty it is. Thankfully, the type of planner I have means I can still keep the functionality while adding embellishments that are more me.
- Cooking – I cooked meals for the family every day this week. It was so wonderful. It made me feel happier and more at peace than I have in a long time.
